We specialise working with small- medium sized local business across hospitality, retail, construction/ tradies, health and fitness and small office based businesses/agencies/ firms as well as online businesses such as coaches.

Who are we?

Talent Care is a Mornington Peninsula based HR Consulting Service. Our Founder is passionate about all things people and making a difference in the lives of those she meets and works with.

With experience working in the sporting industry as well as beauty FMCG and hospitality, our founder understands what working in a pressure cooker environment can do to people – and so, developed coveted ways to engage employees, combat burnout and remain a compliant and culturally sound company. 

Talent Care was born out a desire to connect with a portfolio of like-minded, and values aligned small businesses that need an extra helping hand in the HR space.

What are we about?

Our mission is simple – make your life easier. We provide a personalised, people focused service to all of our clients. We ourselves, are a small business, so getting to know and understand our clients as people, not just business owners is a priority.

We appreciate how hard it can be to ‘do the right thing’ when it comes to maintaining a compliant, harmonious, and engaging environment for your employees. Our philosophy is to provide you with the Disney experience each and every time – making your own world the happiest place on earth!
